The project has been set up and is moving forward comparing only 2 alternatives, the existing one without a project and the one that can be according to this project. In selecting this alternative, other possible alternatives have not been considered, bypassing the processes of waste reuse and recycling, and thus not implementing the National Waste Strategy. |
