| Description | From the audit of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, (MFE), the Information Technology Unit of NAIS attached to MFE, on information technology systems, for the period from 01.01.2018-30.06.2019, were found shortcomings in: implementation of Service Level Agreements, identification and administration of critical elements in the provision of services, overlapping of legal and sub-legal acts, as well as in the accuracy of operational actions of data input. |
